FOZ Race Cars Shine
Down Under - Shaw scores career best 2nd Place Finish |
|
Glen Shaw piloting a FOZ
Race Cars upright mini sprint owned by Anthony Jeffries recently
claimed the best finish of his career crossing the line in second
place at Tyrepower Sydney Speedway. We really liked the stories
byline that commented Shaw was in an immaculately turned out Jeffries
family car. Making his finish even more impressive is the fact
that the cars currently compete with the V6 midget litre cars.
We love immaculately turned out FOZ Race Cars. Thanks to both
Shaw and Jeffries for making us look good down under. Anyone
interested in purchasing a FOZ Race Car for competition in Australia,
we do have a brand new car available from dealer American Racing
Tires. Call 513.874.2034 for more information. |

Several drivers have continued their winning ways in 2009. Rod
Henning is leading the way with three victories in A.M.S.A.

FOZ Race Cars Now in Australia
- Over the past few months a handful of new FOZ Race Cars have made
their way across the pond for purchase in Australia. The first
several cars that have landed in Australia have already made quite an
impression. One of the first cars went to an Aussie that got to
see the cars up close at the World of Outlaws show at Lawrenceburg.

9/20/08 - Henning Enjoys an Evening of Two Firsts - Rod Henning
enjoyed two firsts on Saturday evening. Saturday night
represented his first time to pilot a FOZ Race Cars mini sprint as he
was in the seat of Ronnie French's FOZ mini sprint--that is normally
campaigned by his uncle, Hud Horton. It was a clean sweep for
Henning as he competed with the AMSA at Lawrenceburg Speedway--winning
both his heat race and the feature event. It has been a great
season for the FOZ Race Cars and their pilots who appear to be
finishing the season just as strong as they started. In AMSA
action FOZ Race Cars filled three of the top five spots when the dust
settled with Beau Stewart finishing fourth and Scott Fasse finishing
fifth. Gina Lowe in her first evening in a FOZ looked very
strong in heat race action until she blew her motor. Greg
Nicholas was also having a strong run when he brushed the wall
attempting to avoid a back marker. The FOZ Cars were also
getting the job done out in Colorado where Rob Wilkerson brought his
new FOZ Car home in third place. Most impressive of all was that
this was Wilkerson's first evening back after a horrific crash. |
